Services We Offer:
One on One Coaching with a Snowboard Movement Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy (virtual or in person)
We have a 3 Step Process:
1. Movement Analysis (examination) - we find faulty movement patterns and give solutions in fixing them.
2. Treatment Plan - a 2-3 week long plan of stretches, exercises, and movements to fix the faulty movement pattern.
3. Re-assessment - we reconvene and re-examine to see if our treatment plan is working.
Our sessions are extremely specialized towards your snowboarding goals and it is uniquely crafted to cater towards your health, body, and experience so you can get back on the slopes faster, stronger and better.

About the Instructor
Dr. Vincent Ho, PT, DPT, TPS, CSCS
Dr. Vincent Ho has been snowboarding for more than 15 years and is experienced in big mountain terrain riding and park riding. He loves working with snowboarders and has helped riders recover from the toughest cases. Vincent has worked with snowboarders from all over the world and all levels, from olympic level snowboarders to the once a year snowboarders. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC) and obtained his Therapeutic Pain Specialist Certification (TPS) from Purdue University. Additionally, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Vincent is the founder of PNP Physical Therapy, where he specializes in rehabilitating musculoskeletal injuries and has experience with working with people with chronic/persistent pain. He has worked with many common injuries such as muscle strains, nerve sensitivity, ligament sprains/tears/rupture, tendonitis. meniscus injuries, labrum injuries, bone injuries and many others.
During his free time, Vincent enjoys staying active and engaging in activities such as weightlifting and snowboarding. He also shares tips about snowboarding. (@thesnowboardingdoc).
