Fix Your Damn Foot Pain the Right Way

If your damn foot pain is holding you back in daily life or snowboarding, I’ll teach how I would do it…

You may have tried different boots, foot orthotics, braces, or even changed binding settings—yet the pain persists.

All of those changes just described were External Changes.

What most of us really need are Internal Changes - which means fixing our foot posture, foot pressure, and foot control. There is a reason why external changes do not work and it’s because it does not fix the problem from the inside out.
