We believe that movement and exercise are the best medicine we can give to ourselves to enable longevity. We are Doctors of Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy who pride ourselves in keeping people active after an injury and helping people overcome their discomfort and heal so they can continue to live without depending on medications, surgeries, or injections. We specialize in crafting treatment plans which target the root cause of the problem and by educating you about preventative care, so you can depend less on us and more on yourself.

Our Physical Therapy Approach

How do we execute our mission?

Our 4-step system is designed and backed by research to get you where you want to be in the future.

  1. We focus on you — Your story, your health, and your goals.

  2. We teach and educate you — The more you know, the more you have control over the situation.

  3. We work together with you — We create a comprehensive and unique plan which targets the root cause; the best part is we do it as a team.

  4. We think about the future with you — Our approach addresses your current health needs and helps prevent future issues. This means we aim to keep you healthy and active, so you can enjoy doing the things you love.

If you give someone a fish, you feed them for a day. If you teach someone to fish you feed them for a lifetime.

Here, we teach you skills for now and the future — that’s our motto and belief for the best type of care.

The traditional healthcare model masks the problem for the time being.

Our Clinicians

Vincent Ho, PT, DPT, TPS, CSCS

Founder of Prestige and Performance Physical Therapy

Vincent received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and has been in the profession for more than 5 years. Before pursuing physical therapy, Vincent got his Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) where he learned the joys of medicine and its challenges. After being in the field of pharmacy, he chose to pivot from a treatment approach with an emphasis on medication to a more holistic approach using preventative care through physical therapy.

His goal is to help people reduce reliance on pain medications and address the opioid epidemic that the country faces today. He is focused on achieving this using holistic treatment of the mind and body as a certified Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS) with training from Purdue University. He specializes in empowering patients by teaching them pain neuroscience and how to apply it not only at present, but also throughout their lifetime.

His mission as founder of Prestige and Performance Physical Therapy is to provide exceptional value to his clients by giving them more time with a health practitioner. More time together means better collaboration and outcomes. As opposed to traditional insurance-based systems, our focus is to make your time worth your time. At Prestige and Performance Physical Therapy, we are dedicated to your wellness, 1 on 1 without distractions.

In his spare time, Vincent is a recreational CrossFit and weight lifting athlete. He is an advanced snowboarder and helps snowboarders ride pain free all over the world. He has worked with Olympic Snowboarders return back to the mountain after the toughest accidents. He creates snowboarding health tips and posts them on his instagram (@thesnowboardingdoc) .
