Why Prestige and Performance PT

1-on-1 Care That Goes Further Than Generic Rehab

Most clinics move you through quickly, a few exercises, a few machines, and a referral elsewhere. At Prestige and Performance PT, every session is you and your clinician, focused entirely on the root cause of what's holding you back.

Detailed, Root-Cause Assessment

Every plan starts with a comprehensive evaluation connecting your history, movement patterns, and mechanics, not just where it hurts.

Strength-Based From Day One

Weights, resistance, and movement work are built into your plan from the start because real recovery means building capacity, not just managing symptoms.

Exercise-First Approach

Strength and movement are the foundation of every plan. Modalities support progress; they don't replace it.

Continuity You Can Count On

You see the same clinician every visit. No handoffs, no aides, just consistent, high-attention care from someone who knows your history and your goals.

My experience was excellent. I feel much better after aggravating a chronic back injury, I learned a lot of preventative care I can do to avoid more problems down the line, and enjoyed talking during our sessions. I would recommend anyone come here for physical therapy knowing they will have a personalized and effective experience

Vincent is an amazing PT. He assessed my previous injuries and walked me through so many exercises to help strengthen my body. I’ve never activated my hamstrings so much and I loved it! Really excited to go back for my next session in a few weeks. 10/10 would recommend Vincent and PNP PT. His attention to detail and desire to truly help is like no other.

Vincent is an incredible PT! I went to him about about 5 months ago for a hamstring injury that was causing me immense pain. He created a comprehensive plan that fixed not only the injury but my posterior pelvic tilt and weak pelvic floor muscles. I am now completely pain free. He takes time to listen to how you are feeling throughout each movement. I couldn’t recommend more!

As an athlete with multiple injuries, I’ve been to quite a few physical therapists over the years and Vincent is the best! So grateful I found him after I had my surgery. His attention to detail and full body analysis truly sets him apart as he takes in consideration how the whole body moves together. Would highly recommend!

FAQs

Answers to the most common questions about our approach, pricing, and what to expect.

Do you offer a discovery call before I book?

Yes. If you're not sure whether we're the right fit, a free discovery call is a great first step. We'll talk through your situation and help you figure out the best path forward.

Do you accept insurance?

We're a cash-based clinic, which means you pay directly for your care, no insurance middlemen. Many clients find the direct-pay model gives them more time, more individualized attention, and a clearer plan than they've received elsewhere.

Do you give superbills for health insurance reimbursement?

Yes we give Superbills after our sessions. A superbill is a highly detailed receipt, much more than a standard credit card slip. It contains specific "medical language" that insurance companies require to process a claim, including: ICD-10 Codes: Your specific diagnosis. CPT Codes: The exact treatments you received (e.g., manual therapy, therapeutic exercise).

How do I submit a superbill?

If you have a PPO plan with out-of-network benefits, getting reimbursed is usually faster and easier than most people realize: Pay & Play: You pay for your session at the time of service. This allows us to focus 100% on your performance and recovery rather than insurance paperwork.

Get Your Superbill: We provide you with a digital document containing the specific medical codes (ICD-10 and CPT codes) your insurance requires. Submit in Seconds: You upload that document to your insurance company’s mobile app or website. Most athletes find this takes less than 2 minutes per month.

Do your clients find this route worth it compared to traditional insurance based physical therapy?

For most active adults, the answer is a resounding yes.

Many plans reimburse 50% to 80% of the cost once you hit your out-of-network deductible. The Modern Way: If you hate paperwork, there are apps like Reimbursify that act as a "personal assistant."

You just snap a photo of the superbill, and they handle the rest of the communication with the insurance company for you.

The Investment: Even if you haven't met your deductible yet, submitting these bills ensures every dollar you spend on your health counts toward your yearly maximum, potentially saving you thousands if an emergency or surgery arises later in the year.

The Bottom Line: It’s the best of both worlds: high-performance PT with the financial support of the insurance you’re already paying for.

What happens during my initial evaluation?

After our discovery call, we then schedule an initial evaluation. During this time, we further learn about your health and do an examination that involves, posture, strength, flexibility, gait, movements that are applicable to reaching your goals  to find the root cause of your problem. We then create a dynamic plan to help solve the root cause of the problem.

How is this different from a regular PT clinic?

Every session is 1-on-1 with the same clinician, no aides, no rotating staff. The focus is strength-based rehab and exercise-first care, with the goal of getting you back to training, not just reducing symptoms.

Do you offer virtual or telehealth visits?

Yes, telehealth and virtual visits are available for clients who prefer remote sessions or can't make it in person.
